What are your delivery terms?

Free Delivery available for all orders to Westmead Public Hospital, Westmead Health Precinct, Westmead Private Hospital, Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Patients in the ICU as well as Transplant patients are not permitted to receive flowers.

Monday to Friday Deliveries

All orders placed for delivery to local suburbs are guaranteed same day Monday-Friday when placed before 4pm or at the discretion of Westmead Hospital Florist.

Any orders placed after this time may be made and delivered the following day. Local deliveries (within a 5km radius of Westmead) may still be organised for same day after this time frame and will be organised on a case by case basis.

All orders for Westmead and Hospitals in the Westmead precinct are guaranteed same day when ordered before 4pm.

For any deliveries that fall outside of these time frames, we reserve the right to organise the next available delivery schedule.

 

Saturday and Sunday Deliveries

Currently, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are unavailable. All orders placed for delivery local suburbs will be made and delivered on the next available courier schedule (usually Monday, except where public holidays apply). 

For any deliveries that fall outside of these time frames, we reserve the right to organise the next available delivery schedule.

Timed Deliveries

All orders placed to business addresses will be delivered within business hours (usually 9am-5pm). Requests for preferred time may be made where the recipient is leaving work at a specific time and we will do our absolute best to accommodate this, but cannot guarantee exact timing of deliveries.

Funeral orders take precedence and will always be delivered before the funeral service starts. We require reasonable notice for funeral deliveries and will communicate any requirements at the time of ordering.
